Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at Organic Brand Factory thank you for choosing our platform for making purchases. Please read the following Refund and Cancellation Policy and the attached conditions very carefully.

All orders placed by you on our platform shall be governed by the provisions mentioned here: 

The platform shall accept a return/exchange request for product(s) sold on the platform if the user raises a request for the same within 48 hours of the product(s) delivery.

Cancellation of orders is only acceptable within 2 hours of the order being made.

The return policy would be applicable if the order/ product(s) fall under the categories mentioned below:

  • If the product is damaged/ faulty
  • The product is incorrect, i.e. it is not the same as per the order receipt issued to the customer by Organic Brand Factory.

While we at Organic Brand Factory work our best to ensure timely delivery (within 4-5 days) with the best possible packaging (as instructed strictly to our brand partners), we are not responsible for the delivery issues of our shipping partner and hence, we would not accept any return request on account of a late delivery, hygiene issues with the packaging such as products mixing with each other, etc., or the packaging being damaged.

Returns are not acceptable on consumable/ perishable products such as food items, beverages, bath, beauty products, products that deteriorate quickly or products that have crossed the date of expiry. The platform reserves the right to deny return of any such items, or items that have been marked as “Not returnable” by the brand partner/ vendor.

The platform shall also deny service to the user for any of the following reasons:

  • If it suspects a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction
  • If it suspects a user has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use
  • For any reason outside the control of the platform
  • If the platform does not want to do business with the user

The return request shall only be raised by the user to obfcares@gmail.com where the user shall duly mention or attach details of his order number and attach a photo of his/ her receipt. The user should also specify the reason of return, attaching any evidence of damage/ fault in the product.

Refund, return or cancellation of the product shall not be approved if the Serial Number/Batch Number is tampered, or if the Product has been consumed, opened, or on account of investigation, if the product has been misused or distorted deliberately.

Once the return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send the user an email to notify them that we have received their returned item. We will also notify them of the approval or rejection of the refund/ exchange or whether the platform would refund the amount or exchange the product(s) in question.

In case of exchange of any product, the new product(s) shall be delivered to the user after inspection by the platform or its affiliates within 10 days from the date the product is picked back up by the platform. The inspection shall also be performed within 3-4 days of the exchange request approval

If a return is approved, only in case of the platform not being able to find a replacement for the product(s), then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the user’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. However, please note that the shipping charges, which may vary, will not be refunded.

The user shall provide the original copy of the receipt from Organic Brand Factory that came with the package while performing a return.

Approved refunds will be paid within 10 days from the approval of refund only if replacement items cannot be provided to the user. All refunds shall be issued only for the part of the order returned by the user and not for the entire invoice amount. All refunds shall be subject to such statutory deductions as may be specified. The amount will be reflected in the user’s bank account/ store credit if paid in cash within 3 to 7 days. All bank transfers and return payments shall be at the discretion of the platform. Disclaimer

While all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of the products and other information as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect information provided to the platform by vendors and in such an event the user shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the platform.

In such event, the platform reserves the right to cancel the user’s order and refund any money that may have been paid by the user towards the purchase of such product(s).

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
